Notice of complaint submission

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Act on the Provision of Services in Tourism and Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform travelers that they can submit a written complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the services provided:

  • by mail to the address: KOMPAS Turistička agencija d.o.o., Mate Vlašića 20, Poreč
  • by e-mail to the address: info@kompas-travel.com
  • in the office of KOMPAS Turistička agencija d.o.o., Trg maršala Tita 5, Rovinj

whereby we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.
We will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt at the latest.
